Home Manager – Large Residential Home - Liverpool
Location: Liverpool
Salary: To £80,000 + bonus
Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Our client are passionate about their home, their team, and their service. They are seeking to appoint and experienced, people focused Registered Manager who will manage all aspects of the day to day running of the home, raising standards of care, ensuring everyone is treated with respect and dignity whilst developing our teams to their full potential.
The home is based in the Crosby area of Liverpool and currently holds a Good CQV rating
The ideal candidate will have:
Minimum of 5 years experience working in a caring environment
(preferably within care of older people)
Minimum of 2 years supervisory management experience
Control and management of budgets and accounts
Knowledge of the principles in sales and marketing.
Committed to a structured approach to training and development of staff.
Understanding of the Care Standards Act and Health & Safety.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Leadership qualities, enthusiasm along with influencing skills.
