Oaklake Search has been engaged by a leading regional senior living operator to search for a dynamic Regional Vice President of Operations to oversee strategic growth, operational performance, and exceptional care delivery throughout a thriving region.
What You’ll Do:
Lead and Inspire: Mentor Executive Directors, ensuring their teams achieve operational excellence, compliance, and superior resident care.
Strategic Vision: Develop and execute regional strategies, identifying opportunities for expansion, acquisitions, and enhancements.
Financial Stewardship: Manage budgets, boost occupancy and revenue, and implement cost-effective strategies without compromising quality.
Performance Driven: Regularly analyze and report community performance, driving accountability to achieve NOI and revenue targets.
People Development: Champion leadership growth, succession planning, and professional development across the region.
Compliance Excellence: Ensure strict adherence to state, federal, and local regulations, conducting regular audits and corrective actions.
Risk and Crisis Management: Proactively handle emergencies and risk factors, protecting residents, staff, and community assets.
Stakeholder Communication: Act as a primary liaison for stakeholders, building strong relationships with residents, families, local communities, and regulatory bodies.

What You Bring:
Minimum 5 years' senior housing operational experience, including at least 1 year in a regional director capacity.
Strong financial acumen, budgeting, and revenue management skills.

Proven track record in compliance, crisis management, and strategic growth.
Flexibility to travel and work varied hours, including weekends and holidays as necessary.
BA/BS in Business or related field preferred.
Compensation:
A highly competitive salary of $155,000 - $175,000 + 20% bonus potential is on offer, plus relocation assistance if required.
