This fast growing provider of luxury care homes is seeking a Commissioning Home Manager for their new home in Swindon.
As the Commissioning Home Manager, you will spearhead the hiring efforts for the home, assembling and nurturing a completely new team dedicated to delivering exceptional care for the residents. You'll work in partnership with the new build projects team and various support services to market and establish the home within the community and ensure a smooth transition for all incoming residents. This is an exciting chance to build the foundation of an outstanding care home

Proven experience in managing or opening new builds
Strong skills in community engagement and marketing to boost occupancy
Expertise in managing luxury care homes with a high proportion of privately funded residents
Exceptional leadership abilities
A passion for delivering personalised, high-quality care
A track record of successfully developing and motivating teams to provide outstanding care
Excellent organisational and management capabilities
A solid understanding of safeguarding, CQC standards, and compliance requirements
