Oaklake Search has been exclusively retained by a leading national specialist care operator to search for their new Group Director of Quality.
As Group Director of Quality, you will be responsible for continuous quality improvement, governance, training and safety across this growing portfolio nursing an
d residential care homes.
You will develop strategies to ensure the quality framework drives market-leading performance, achieving successful outcomes with CQC.
You will lead a team of improvement, assurance, learning, development and health and safety colleagues to ensure regulatory compliance and excellent resident outcomes is achieved.
You will develop and implement a suite of operational and clinical policies, placing resident outcomes at the center of all policies.
You will ensure policy adoption across the business through strong relationships with senior leaders. This role involves building and maintaining a robust quality infrastructure, including an expert quality team, comprehensive policies and processes, strategic advice, effective frameworks, targeted training and communications, and insightful data and reporting.
You will have led a quality team within a mid to large sized care organisation, and ideally have a specialist care background (RMN, although not essential).
Your role is based from Leeds, South Yorkshire, however there will be an expectaion to be visbile across the porfolio of homes, whoch are typically based in Northern England
