This leading senior living operator is currently recruiting for an Executive Director for their community in an affluent area of South Chicago
The community provides memory care for around 45 residents.
They are looking for a dynamic and excited Executive Director with the drive and passion to develop the staff, resident census and community reputation.
The ideal candidate for this position will have the ability to enhance the human spirit on a daily basis, rises to the challenge of managing their community to financial, regulatory and operational excellence. This person can manage the day to day business office, as well as, drive sales.
Requirements:
Proven track record in Sales and revenue/expense management
Excellent verbal and communication skills
A desire to make a difference in the lives of seniors and a commitment to meet the needs of the residents
Successful experience as an Executive Director for An Assisted Living Community
