Oaklake Search is currently recruiting for a Home Manager for a luxury residential 78 bed care home in Alvaston, Derby offering high-quality residential and dementia care.
The successful candidate will have at least 3 years Care Home Management experience gained within a residential and dementia care home
Must be able to evidence longevity in roles
Must hold an NVQ5 or higher
Must have previous “Good” rating as minimal or proven turn around on all CQC reports
The salary on offer is £70,000, with an extensive benefits package including Private health care, Tuskar car scheme, an option to buy an extra week’s holiday and more.
