Key Responsibilities:
As a Relief Manager, you will be responsible for leading and supporting care homes, ensuring that each maintains high standards of care and compliance.
- Step in as Home Manager during periods of absence or recruitment.
- Ensure the home meets performance targets, driving quality care and operational success.
- Promote a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
- Ensure full regulatory compliance with CQC/NMC guidelines.
- Support and motivate teams, ensuring residents receive compassionate, person-centred care.
Who Are They Looking For?
This role requires a passionate and experienced leader with a strong background in residential and nursing care.
Essential Requirements:
- Experience working with vulnerable adults in a care home setting.
- Registered Nurse with an active NMC PIN or S/NVQ4 in Health & Social Care.
- Proven leadership skills, with experience managing teams in a care setting.
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and best care practices.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
