Oaklake Search is recruiting for a Regional Support Manager for one of our long standing clients. As Regional Support Manager, you will work across a portfolio of homes across London, South East England, Cambs, Essex and the Home Counties. This role would suit an experienced Home Manager looking for regional exposure.
Key responsibilities:
Responsible for supporting , advising and monitoring a group of homes in accordance with the company policies and guidelines
Support any home and be flexible in terms of travel.
Manage homes where there is a manager absence due to a vacancy, leave or sickness
Support and mentor both new managers and managers who are experiencing operational issues in conjunction with the Regional Director
Assist with specific projects such as homes with issues
To ensure homes within the allocated group are complaint with regulations
Requirements:
Qualified Nurse with an active pin
Experience of working at Home Manager level or above
Salary is £70,000 - £75,000 + benefits
