Location: Central Region – Crewe, Leek, Stoke, Stockport, Glossop
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: Circa £70,000 DOE + £5,000 Car Allowance + Mileage

Our client, a well-established, family-run care provider, is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Regional Manager to oversee a portfolio of care homes across the Central Region.

What Will You Be Doing?
- Lead a portfolio of care homes, ensuring they meet and exceed quality and business targets.
- Provide direct line management and support to Home Managers, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Conduct monthly provider/compliance visits, reviewing KPIs, service improvement plans, and audits.
- Spend time in care homes, engaging with staff, residents, and families, while addressing operational needs.
- Develop action plans to resolve compliance and performance issues, monitoring progress and accountability.
- Ensure regulatory compliance, maintaining strong relationships with CQC, local authorities, and stakeholders.
- Standardise documentation and best practices, participating in Governance Meetings.
- Support recruitment, training, and retention, ensuring strong leadership teams across all homes.
- Drive business growth, overseeing sales, marketing, and financial performance.
- Provide hands-on support and leadership, stepping in when Home Managers are absent.
- Assist in policy development, shaping best practices in care delivery.
What Are They Looking For?
- Experienced multi-site care home leader, with a strong track record in regional operations.
- Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) or NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management.
- Deep understanding of CQC regulations, compliance frameworks, and best practices in care.
- Strategic mindset, with experience in business development, budget management, and team leadership.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
- Commitment to delivering person-centred care, with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.
