Regional Director – South/South West Region

About the Role

As Regional Director, you will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight to a portfolio of care homes. Reporting to the Operations Director, you will have delegated authority and accountability for:

? Care & Support Services – Ensuring high standards of person-centred care.
? Financial Performance – Managing budgets and optimising resources effectively.
? Operational Excellence – Driving continuous improvement across multiple locations.

Your leadership will be crucial in promoting three key pillars: People, Quality, and Performance. You will be responsible for guiding care home teams to deliver outstanding services, ensuring homes operate efficiently and maintain regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
