Our client, a leading provider of high-quality residential and home care services, is seeking an experienced and dedicated Clinical Quality Manager. About the Role

As Clinical Quality Manager, you will provide expert guidance and support to operational management and clinical teams, ensuring that clinical practices meet the highest standards. You will work closely with teams to align governance activities with regulatory requirements and strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure clinical governance and best practice are consistently applied across all services.
  • Support operational teams in delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
  • Oversee quality assurance initiatives, ensuring compliance with CQC standards and internal policies.
  • Use technology and data analysis tools to drive improvements and support innovation in care quality.
  • Lead on learning and development, ensuring continuous professional growth across clinical teams.
  • Work closely with dementia care teams, providing expert guidance and ensuring effective support for residents and families.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience in a senior quality or clinical governance role within residential nursing care.
  • Active NMC PIN with evidence of continued professional development.
  • Strong leadership skills, with a proven track record in driving service improvements.
  • Expert knowledge of CQC standards, quality assurance frameworks, and performance management systems.
  • Experience using technology and data analytics to enhance care quality.
  • Extensive dementia care knowledge, ensuring residents, families, and staff receive effective support.
