Oaklake Search is recruiting for Pipeline General Manager to work across a portfolio of existing luxury care homes and possibly commission a new build property in the future.
As Pipeline GM, you will support the operations of this portfolio of revered homes across Greater London and South East England. You will have experience of managing luxury, private pay focused care homes with a track record of success across occupancy, commercial performance and CQC ratings. With the group currently undertaking an ambitious growth and building strategy, there will be an opportunity to commission new homes from 2026 onwards.
