A Registered Nursing Home Manager is required to lead a mid-sized care home providing specialist nursing, residential, and young physically disabled care. Key Responsibilities:

As Nursing Home Manager, you will lead a team dedicated to providing high-quality care and ensuring that residents' needs are met with dignity and compassion.

  • Provide strong leadership and direction to staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and care excellence.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring smooth and efficient management.
  • Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and maintain high-quality care standards.
  • Support, mentor, and develop staff, creating a motivated and skilled team.
  • Monitor financial performance and manage budgets effectively.
  • Work closely with residents, families, and external professionals to enhance the care experience.
  • Ensure person-centred care planning that meets the unique needs of each resident.
  • Drive recruitment, retention, and ongoing staff training.
  • Promote the home within the local community and develop strong external relationships.

Who Are We Looking For?

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate leader with strong clinical knowledge and leadership skills.

Essential Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN, or RNLD) qualification with active NMC PIN.
  • Previous experience at a senior level in residential or nursing care.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team.
  • A commitment to person-centred care and service improvement.
  • Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Access to own transport is preferable.
