Oaklake Search has been exclusively mandated to search for a Managing Director for a specialist care provider operating across Northern England
As Managing Director, you will lead the organisation through its next stage of growth, which will predominantly be through the identification and acquisition of sites to build purpose built homes to compliment their existing portfolio.
The company provides specialist residential care for adults with a variety of complex needs. The group is extremely well-run, with a care first ethos at the heart of every decision made. Commercially, it is very successful and has the resources available to continue it's impressive growth.
You will have a background in complex care, coupled with the commercial knowledge to lead an organisation that has growth plans. You will be based in Northern England, and be a visible leader that inspires and develops the team and organisation. You will be given the autonomy to be an effective leader. This role would suit someone who is already leading a small/medium sized care group, or a COO/Ops Director within a larger organisation looking for a MD position.
There is an attractive six figure package on offer, plus substantial equity and performance related bonuses.
