Home Manager – Lead Excellence in Care
Location: South West London
Salary: To £80,000 + bonus
About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced and dedicated Home Manager to oversee the care, commercial operations, and overall management of their care home. This role involves ensuring exceptional service delivery for residents and their families, managing and developing staff, and maintaining positive relationships with external stakeholders.
As Home Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring regulatory compliance and driving high standards of care and profitability in line with organisational policies and procedures.

What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Nurse (RMN) qualification with a valid NMC pin.
- Previous experience as a Registered Home Manager within a care home setting (preferred but not essential).
- Strong leadership and organisational skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Excellent communication skills, fostering positive working relationships with colleagues, residents, families, and external bodies.
- A strong understanding of Regulatory Compliance, demonstrating the ability to deliver high-quality care services.
