Home Manager – Care Home
Location: Nr Woking, Surrey
Salary: Up to £65,000 + 30% Home Manager Bonus + Benefits
Hours: Full-Time, 40 hours per week

About the Role
We are seeking a Home Manager to lead a dedicated team in delivering outstanding, person-centred care in a supportive and engaging environment. You will ensure regulatory compliance, financial efficiency, and high-quality service delivery, making a meaningful difference in residents’ lives every day.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a multi-disciplinary team to provide exceptional care.
- Ensure residents’ needs and well-being are always the top priority.
- Manage the home’s budget and operational profit, identifying business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including local authorities and primary care trust commissioners.
- Drive continuous improvement, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care.
- Oversee compliance with regulatory standards and ensure best practices are followed.
What Are They Looking For?
- Strong clinical knowledge and expertise with an LMCS, RMA, or equivalent management qualification.
- A strategic and commercial mindset, with experience managing within a regulated sector.
- Proven leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- A commitment to continuous improvement, ensuring the highest standards of care.
- Experience in financial and operational management within a care setting.
- Ability to build strong internal and external relationships, enhancing the home’s reputation and occupancy levels.
