An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Home Manager to lead a well-established nursing home, ensuring the highest standards of nursing and dementia care. This is an excellent role for a dedicated leader who is passionate about person-centred care and delivering outstanding outcomes for residents.
The Role
As Clinical Home Manager, you will be responsible for day-to-day operations, maintaining regulatory compliance, and leading a motivated team to deliver exceptional care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee clinical and operational management to ensure high-quality nursing care.
- Lead and inspire staff, creating a positive culture of accountability, respect, and teamwork.
- Ensure full CQC compliance and maintain exceptional quality standards.
- Manage financial performance, budgets, and occupancy levels.
- Work closely with residents, families, and external stakeholders to enhance service delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement, implementing innovative practices to enhance care quality.
What They Are Looking For
This role requires an experienced and clinically skilled leader with a strong background in elderly and nursing care.
Essential Requirements:
- Active NMC PIN with substantial experience in nursing and elderly care.
- Proven success managing a large care home, preferably with dementia and nursing care expertise.
- In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations, ensuring compliance and high-quality outcomes.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Commercial acumen, with experience in financial management and occupancy growth.
