Our client is an award-winning private care provider with over 100 homes across the UK, and is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Home Manager to lead the team at this small residential home in Seaham
As Home Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the care home, ensuring industry-leading standards and providing an exceptional experience for residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and manage the care home team effectively.
- Foster a compassionate and high-quality care environment that aligns with best practices, regulations, and legislative requirements.
- Oversee financial and commercial aspects, ensuring efficient budget management.
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with residents, families, external agencies, and the local community to enhance the home’s reputation.
They are looking for:
- 2+ years’ experience as a Home Manager.
- Strong background in residential and dementia care for older people.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and financial accounts.
- Knowledge of the Care Standards Act and Health & Safety legislation.
- A proactive approach to driving innovation and improving standards.
