Oaklake Search is recruiting for a Home Manager for a medium sized nursing home is Romford
As Home Manager, your principal focus is to lead and develop your team to deliver the highest standards of person-centered care for the residents, whilst meeting and exceeding regulatory requirements and commercial targets.
Key duties include:
Recruitment, retention and development of staff
Minimising and where possible eradicating agency usage
Driving and maintaining high levels of occupancy
Liaising with CQC and other external regulatory bodies
Building a close relationship with the senior management team
Acting as a contact for residents families and social care professionals
A nursing background is not essential for this role. You will have experience of managing a well performing care home. The home is currently rated Good with CQC.
Salary is to £80,000 + bonus
