Are you passionate about delivering exceptional care? We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Care Home Manager to lead a 66-bed care home in Bury St Edmunds. This is a fantastic opportunity to drive excellence, inspire teams, and create a supportive environment for residents and staff alike.
What You’ll Do:
- Drive Excellence: Deliver a high-quality, economically viable service that meets and exceeds customer expectations.
- Champion Quality Care: Promote person-centred care, identifying and addressing any risks or concerns in line with safeguarding policies.
- Lead with Confidence: Oversee audits and inspections from CQC and Local Authorities to ensure outstanding outcomes.
- Inspire Success: Manage marketing, community engagement, occupancy levels, recruitment, and customer experience to drive home performance.

- Experienced: A Registered Manager with proven experience in a medium to large care home setting.
- Knowledgeable: Strong understanding of CQC standards and compliance and their impact on care management.
- Visionary: Ability to drive the service forward with enthusiasm and dedication.
- People-Oriented Leader: Excellent leadership skills, fostering an inclusive and supportive culture.
- Caring: A deep understanding of the needs of older people and how to support their wellbeing.
