Home Manager Opportunity – Lead, Inspire, and Make a Difference
Are you an experienced leader with a passion for delivering exceptional care? We’re looking for a Home Manager for a small residential care home in Bristol to take charge of both the operational and financial aspects of this care home, ensuring full compliance with relevant regulations through proactive oversight and hands-on support.
The company needs a dynamic and compassionate individual who can motivate and guide the dedicated team, helping us continue to provide truly personalised, high-quality care for the residents. If you have previous experience as a Home or General Manager in a similar environment, possess strong leadership skills, take a practical approach to care, and have an excellent understanding of Fundamental Standards and care legislation, we’d love to hear from you.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- A proactive and forward-thinking mindset
- Strong leadership and teamwork abilities
- Solid knowledge of care standards and regulations
- A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or a willingness to obtain it)

A salary of £45,000 - £48,000 + bonus is on offer
