Our client is recruiting a Care Home Manager to lead this well-regarded, small nursing and residential care home near Oxford. The home has a strong reputation within the local community and is known for its high standards of nursing care and compassionate, dedicated team.

What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage the home, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care.
- Oversee compliance with CQC regulations and ensure all care meets the highest standards.
- Support, mentor, and develop staff, creating a compassionate and respectful work environment.
- Drive recruitment, retention, and staff development, ensuring a strong, skilled workforce.
- Maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders to uphold the home’s excellent reputation.
- Manage the home’s financial performance, including budgets and resource allocation.
- Enhance the home’s presence within the local community, strengthening its position as a provider of outstanding care.
What They're Looking For
- Previous management experience in a nursing home setting (essential).
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and engage a team.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
- Experience with CQC compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Commercial awareness and financial acumen to oversee operational success.
- A qualified nurse (RGN/RMN) with a valid NMC PIN (desirable but not essential).
