Oaklake Search is recruiting for a Home Manager for a medium sized residential care home in Bedford. The home is part of a well know mid sized care group that has homes across Southern and Central England.
As Home Manager, your principal focus is to lead and develop your team to deliver the highest standards of person-centered care for the residents, whilst meeting and exceeding regulatory requirements and commercial targets.
Key duties include:
Recruitment, retention and development of staff
Liaising with CQC and other external regulatory bodies
Building a close relationship with the senior management team
Acting as a contact for residents families and social care professionals
You will be an accomplished social care leader, with experience of managing a well performing care home.
A salary of £75,000 to £85,000 is on offer, plus bonus potential.
