Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the home, ensuring the highest standards of resident care and regulatory compliance.
  • Lead, manage, and develop a team of care professionals, fostering a supportive and high-performing workplace culture.
  • Work collaboratively with residents, families, and external healthcare professionals to implement personalised care plans.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and staffing effectively to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Essential Requirements:

  • Proven leadership experience within a nursing home or similar care setting.
  • Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • A thorough understanding of regulatory standards and best practices in social care.
  • A genuine passion for person-centered care and enhancing the well-being of residents.
