Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the home, ensuring the highest standards of resident care and regulatory compliance.

Essential Requirements:
- Proven leadership experience within a nursing home or similar care setting.
- Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- A thorough understanding of regulatory standards and best practices in social care.
