This role is essential in ensuring exceptional, person-centred service for our residents and their families while effectively leading a team and maintaining strong relationships with external partners.
As a Home Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring compliance with company policies and all relevant regulatory standards, while fostering a positive and professional working environment.

Who We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking a dedicated and experienced Home Manager who can lead by example and inspire a team to deliver exceptional care. Ideal candidates will have:

Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) qualification with an active NMC PIN (preferred but not essential)
Experience as a Registered Home Manager
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage staff
Excellent communication and organisational abilities
A thorough understanding of Regulatory Compliance and quality service delivery
