About the Role
They are looking for a committed and experienced Care Home Manager to lead the team at this small nursing home in Aberdeenshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in senior nursing or management within the care sector who is ready to uphold and enhance our high standards of care.
As a Care Home Manager, you’ll need to be highly adaptable, thriving in a dynamic and fast-paced setting. Strong leadership and excellent communication are essential, as is the ability to collaborate effectively with staff. Your main responsibilities will include:

Leading and inspiring a dedicated care team, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
