Home Manager Opportunity – Lead, Care & Make a Difference

Are you a dedicated professional looking to take the next step in your social care career? We have an exciting opportunity for a Home Manager to oversee the daily operations, care quality, and business performance of this Chippenham based nursing care home. This role is essential in ensuring exceptional, person-centred service for our residents and their families while effectively leading a team and maintaining strong relationships with external partners.

As a Home Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring compliance with company policies and all relevant regulatory standards, while fostering a positive and professional working environment.

Who they are looking for:

They are seeking a dedicated and experienced Home Manager who can lead by example and inspire a team to deliver exceptional care. Ideal candidates will have:
? Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) qualification with an active NMC PIN (preferred but not essential)
? Experience as a Registered Home Manager
? Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage staff
? Excellent communication and organisational abilities
? A thorough understanding of Regulatory Compliance and quality service delivery
