Home Manager
Location: Southport
Salary: £52,500 - £56,900 (Dependent on experience)
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time (37.5 hours per week)
About the Role
Our Client is seeking an experienced Home Manager to lead their residential service supporting adults with Acquired Brain Injury (ABI), Progressive Neurological Conditions (PNC), and associated physical health needs.
As Home Manager, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring that high-quality, person-centred care is delivered while maintaining regulatory compliance and financial stability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the service team, ensuring residents receive high-quality, person-centred care.
- Work collaboratively with a Multidisciplinary Team (Clinicians and Therapists) to enhance resident outcomes.
- Ensure full compliance with CQC and other regulatory requirements, maintaining accurate records and reporting.
- Oversee budgeting and financial performance, ensuring economic sustainability.
- Promote safeguarding practices, ensuring all care aligns with current legislation.
- Market the service effectively, developing relationships with external stakeholders such as Commissioners, Local Authorities, NHS representatives, and the local community.
- Foster a positive culture, embodying company values and leading by example.
What Are They Looking For?
Essential:
- Registered with the Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC) or Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or equivalent).
- Previous management experience in the healthcare sector.
- Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and safeguarding policies.
- Experience in financial management and budgeting.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in IT and record-keeping.
Desirable:
- Experience working in Acquired Brain Injury (ABI)/Neurological care settings.
