Home Manager

Location: Milton Keynes

Salary: £70,000 - £75,000 + bonus + benefits


About the Role

The Home Manager is responsible for the care, commercial management, and overall profitability of the home, ensuring compliance with our client’s policies and external regulatory requirements.

This includes:

  • Overseeing daily operations to ensure efficient, high-quality service delivery.
  • Developing exceptional personalised care plans for residents and their families.
  • Leading, managing, and motivating staff to maintain high standards of care.
  • Building positive relationships with external stakeholders, including local authorities and healthcare professionals.

This is a key leadership role within social care, requiring both clinical and business acumen to maintain the home’s success.


What They're Looking For

  • Qualified RGN/RMN with a valid NMC PIN.
  • Previous experience as a Registered Home Manager (desirable but not essential).
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to inspire and develop staff.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • A thorough understanding of regulatory compliance and the ability to ensure quality standards are met.
