Location: Located between Luton and St Albans
Salary: Up to £65,000 + 30% Home Manager Bonus
Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent (40 hours per week)

About the Role
As Home Manager of this small nursing home, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring a multi-disciplinary team, always putting residents’ needs and wellbeing first.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering outstanding, person-centred care to enrich residents’ lives.
- Managing all aspects of the home, including identifying business opportunities, managing budgets, and ensuring operational efficiency.
- Taking responsibility for the home’s profitability and compliance with CQC regulations.
- Developing strong internal and external relationships, including with Local Authorities and Primary Care Trust commissioners.
For this role, you will need to register with the regulator and may occasionally work out-of-hours or evenings.
What Are They Looking For?
- Strong clinical knowledge and expertise, plus LMCS, RMA, or equivalent management qualification.
- Proven experience in leading within a heavily regulated care environment.
- Commercial acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to identify growth opportunities.
- A passion for continuous improvement in a care home setting.
- Exceptional communication skills with an influential leadership style.
