A Care Home Manager is required to lead a well-established nursing & residential care home in Keith, known for its scenic landscapes and welcoming community.


About the Role

A dedicated and experienced leader is needed to ensure the highest standards of care and operational efficiency. This role involves overseeing the day-to-day management of the home, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and fostering a supportive and person-centred environment for both residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strong leadership to a dedicated team, ensuring a supportive and collaborative work environment.
  • Deliver high-quality, person-centred care, tailored to residents’ individual needs and preferences.
  • Oversee staffing, budget management, and regulatory compliance to maintain smooth daily operations.
  • Build positive relationships with residents, families, and the local community, creating a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and best practices in residential and dementia care.

Essential Requirements:

  • Experience in a senior management role within a care home setting.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent planning, organisational, and decision-making skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with residents, families, and stakeholders.
  • A strong understanding of care home regulations and compliance requirements.

Working Hours:

  • Permanent, full-time (40 hours per week)
  • Monday to Friday
