About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Home Manager to lead this small residential care home in Huddersfield. As the Registered Home Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional care quality, leading a motivated team, and maintaining compliance with CQC standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and maintain high-quality, person-centred care in line with CQC requirements.
- Recruit, develop, and manage a dedicated care team, fostering a supportive environment.
- Oversee financial management, including budgeting and cost control.
- Drive occupancy growth, implementing effective marketing strategies to promote the home.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local authorities, healthcare professionals, and the community.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory frameworks.
- Monitor care plans and assessments, ensuring residents receive tailored, compassionate care.
What Are They Looking For?
- Previous experience managing a similar-sized residential home.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and support staff.
- Passion for dementia care, with a deep understanding of best practices.
- Proven track record in compliance, CQC regulations, and quality assurance.
- Ability to manage budgets and financial targets effectively.
- Confident communicator, able to engage with residents, families, and external stakeholders.
- Experience in marketing and occupancy growth strategies.
