Home Manager Opportunity
Salary: Up to £90,000 per annum
Based: Harlow, Essex
Oaklake Search is seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Care Home Manager to take the lead at this large nursing home in Harlow, Essex. This impressive care home offers en-suite bedrooms with stunning garden and park views, arranged across four units and three floors.
As the Registered Care Home Manager, you will take full responsibility for managing this large and vibrant home. You’ll be supported by an experienced internal team, including two Care Managers, Nurses, Care and Ancillary Teams, alongside additional support from the head office.
About You:
- Previous experience as a Care Home Manager in a nursing home setting, with the ability to lead and develop strong teams.
- A passion for delivering outstanding care and making a positive difference every day.
- Familiarity with electronic systems (e.g. care planning and medication management) is an advantage.
- Nurse qualification with an active PIN is highly desirable but not essential.
- Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations and legislation.
- Strong organisational and planning skills.
- Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Solid business acumen and experience in managing budgets.
- Flexibility to support the home during evenings or weekends if needed.
