About the Role
Our Client is looking for a Registered Home Manager to lead this mid sized nursing home, based in Camberley, Surrey.
As Home Manager, you will be at the forefront of delivering person-centred care, ensuring residents receive the highest quality support. You will be provided with a clear framework while maintaining the autonomy to manage your home, supported by our experienced infrastructure and leadership team.

- Experience developing and motivating teams to deliver continuous improvement
- Strong organisational and management skills
- Marketing and occupancy experience, driving commercial success
- In-depth understanding of safeguarding, CQC regulations, and compliance
- Ability to engage effectively with colleagues, residents, and external stakeholders
- Experience in building relationships within the local community
A Good or Outstanding CQC-rated care home management background is highly desirable.
