Oaklake Search is recruiting for a Home Manager for one of our long standing clients.
This well run, family run care operator has recently acquired a 45 bed nursing home in Cannock to add to their growing West Midlands based portfolio. They plan to refurbish the home, and add 16 further beds through an extension. The home has good occupancy and a long standing and motivated staff team
The home has a Clinical Deputy, so there is no requirement for the Home Manager to have a nursing background, although experience of managing a nursing home is preferred.
The salary range is £60,000 - £75,000 + bonus
