As General Manager, you will lead a dedicated and highly qualified team in delivering the highest levels of care and customer service to the homes residents. Key responsibilities will include:
Staff development
Financial control of the home
Leading and motivating the sales team
Ensure occupancy levels are high
Liaising with external regulatory bodies
A salary of £100,000 + 50% bonus is on offer for the right leader.
