Oaklake Search is recruiting for a General Manager for a purpose-built, luxury care home in Warwick. The home is part of a leading, premium care operator.
As General Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operations of this 75 bed nursing home for older people. The home is around 90% full, and has significantly reduced it's agency usage over the last 12 months through a well-run recruitment campaign. The home is currently rated Good by CQC.

You will have:
- A strong track record in a similar commercial, operational and management role
- The skills and experience to lead, motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills
- The knowledge and commitment to deliver the highest possible standards of care in a luxury environment
- Results driven and financially astute with the skills to manage budgets, achieve targets and deliver continuous improvement
- The ability to inspire and lead by example, to be visible, supportive and inclusive
- The flexibility and adaptability to be on call in emergencies, manage concerns and complaints and to cover key roles when necessary
