The Director of Quality & Governance is the clinical leader for person-centred Care and Support within this leading luxury care provider. This key multisite position will coordinate the care and support of residents across the company with areas of responsibilities to include quality improvement / regulatory compliance, quality monitoring of resident care services and medication training, ownership, implementation and development of the My Life Strategy (Dementia Strategy) and Care Services Policy implementation. Providing the leadership and clinical support to their portfolio of homes, the Head of Quality & Governance must be a compassionate and caring individual with the ability to travel within a geographic area, handle multiple priorities and work flexible hours, motive team members, and be able to respond during off-duty hours as a nurse consultant.

The successful candidate will have:

- Previous long term care auditing experience
- Excellent understanding of the Regulatory Standards
- Extensive Clinical/Medical knowledge
- Demonstrated effective training skills, strong written & verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Strong planning, communication and organisational skills
- The ability to build rapport with people and display empathy and sensitivity where appropriate.
- Passion for service to the elderly and dementia (a Dementia qualification would be desirable)

There is a six figure package on offer, including a salary north of £100,000, bonus, plus generous executive benefits
