The care provider is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to providing compassionate, person-centred support. Registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC), they specialise in caring for individuals with diverse disabilities and needs, including those living with dementia and requiring end-of-life care. They believe in tailoring services to each individual, ensuring that customer care remains at the heart of everything they do
The Opportunity
They are looking for a dynamic and strategic leader who can drive the development and delivery of high-quality, safe, and compliant nursing and older people’s services. This role requires someone with strong interpersonal and influencing abilities, as well as extensive senior leadership experience within a medium to large organisation.
Key Requirements
- Proven track record in developing, delivering, and maintaining exceptional care services for older people.
- A nursing qualification with an active NMC PIN.
- Ability to implement strategic initiatives that improve care standards and service outcomes.
- Strong leadership and influencing skills, with the capability to work collaboratively at all levels.
